Our Passion is to Help People.
We help agents by providing them with a full service brokerage for a fraction of the cost they would pay at other brokerages. We help clients because our 100% commission model allows agents to develop creative pricing strategies that benefits the people they serve.
Closely related to this, we formed Plum Tree Realty to be a financial portal to help alleviate suffering in this world. We use profits from our business to help orphans and disadvantaged children in a variety of countries, we help the homeless and less fortunate, and we help people who are in crisis.
To accomplish this, we partner with various organizations such as Samaritan's Purse, Compassion International, Back to Back, City Gospel Mission, Freestore Foodbank, and others. With Plum Tree Realty, you will keep 100% of your own sales commissions! Why would you want to give your commissions to your broker when YOU are the one who worked for it? Well, we can’t think of a good reason, either. So, we do not take your commissions! You will keep 100% of your own sales commissions. The only costs involved in holding your real estate license with Plum Tree Realty is a monthly membership fee of $275. After that, you will pay us nothing, and you will keep 100% of your sales commissions — regardless of how many sales you close in a month.
